I would suggest putting some red locktite on this part. The other adjustment is under the glass and how you tighten the pivot of the mirror. Tighten the screws on each side and the pivot gets really nice and tight.

I removed it and did the "Rearview Mirror Fix" and it went well, but that only solved part of the problem.
