If you choose to go lowish intelligence, skilled gives you a nice boost to every skill point. If you don't want the experience penalty, Good Natured gives you some free skills points and takes some away from combat skills. WebMaybe add Rad Child, Heavy Handed, disregard crit entirely, and go for Slayer. Unarmed tends to work better with crit, in which case I recommend full luck and crit perks, Rad Child, Slayer, full Luck, remove charisma all the way and intelligence at 5 if you have to.
