It is a private, non-profit organization with the responsibility of administering Older Americans Act programs in the 18 counties of northwest Kansas. Our Mission Our History Our Mission WebThe Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B) has two programs that offer direct care for southeast Michigan families living in Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair and Washtenaw counties. Our programs are provided via government funding, so people must meet eligibility requirements to qualify.
