WebbGIFs mostly disappeared this morning I'm the admin and I didn't turn them off. They are gone in the desktop client and web client for both channels and chat. Mobile client still has them so far. I checked admin center, messaging policies, "Giphy in conversations" is still turned on. I turned it off, turned it back on, relaunched Teams, still gone.
